Terms of Eligibility
1. Organizer
The following conditions apply to the participation in the “member-get-member” activity ("Contest") of skypooling ("SP"). Skypooling is a platform operated by Jettainer GmbH.
The competition is run by skypooling, a platform operated by Jettainer GmbH, Am Prime Parc 17, DE 65479 Raunheim, Germany.

2. Participation
Only natural, legally competent persons of at least 18 years of age are entitled to participate.
By participating in this competition, the participants accept the terms of eligibility. Participation is free of charge.
To enter the competition, participants must
- existing members: promote skypooling memberships and gain new members
- new members: Sign up for skypooling
Participants can cancel their participation in the competition by sending an informal e-mail to skypooling during the competition.
3. Exclusion
The participation of groups in this competition is not permitted.
SP reserves the right, in individual cases, to disqualify or exclude from the competition participants who manipulate or attempt to manipulate the entry process, the system and/or the draw and/or violate the conditions of entry, legal regulations or morality. The exclusion can already take place with a justified suspicion.
4. Prizes
One pair of winners (the new member along with the existing member who acquired the new member) will receive a Jettainer Messenger JettBag.
One pair of winners (the new member along with the existing member who acquired the new member) will receive a Jettainer Shopping Tote JettBag.
Five pairs of winners (the new member along with the existing member who acquired the new member) will receive a ULD miniature model set.
5. Determination of the Winner / Draw
Each new member will receive one chance to win. After drawing the winners, SP will ask to the reference person (the existing member who acquired the new member). Both will get identical prices.
The winner will be notified by e-mail following the selection process at the end of the “member-get-member” activity period, latest 30.12.2023
6. Early termination of the competition
SP reserves the right to cancel or terminate the competition at any time without notice and for any reason. SP makes use of this possibility in particular if for technical reasons (e.g. viruses in the computer system, manipulation or errors in the hardware and/or software) or for legal reasons a proper execution of the game cannot be guaranteed. If such termination is caused by the conduct of a participant, SP may demand compensation from this person for the damage incurred.
7. Publication and data privacy
In order to participate in the competition, the full name and e-mail address of the participant must be collected, stored and used. The data is used exclusively for the purpose of conducting and processing the competition, in particular to contact the winner, and is required to fulfill the competition contract concluded with participation. All data will be deleted by SP immediately after the winner has been announced and the prizes have been handed over. The data of the winners will only be passed on to Jettainer to post the prizes. Responsible for data processing is Jettainer GmbH, which can be contacted info@jettainer.com, Jettainer’s data protection officer can be reached at dataprotection@jettainer.com. Your rights as a data subject result from the data protection information at skypooling.com and jettainer.com can be asserted against SP and Jettainer at dataprotection@jettainer.com.
Participants are free at all times to revoke their consent to this data being saved and thus withdraw from participation by emailing SP.
8. Liability
SP assumes no responsibility for contributions that cannot be delivered due to disconnected, failed, delayed or interrupted connection or communication or other electronic malfunction, or loss, delay, illegibility, under-franking or misdirected mail delivery. SP is not responsible for any incorrect or inaccurate entry information, even if caused by the equipment or programs associated with or used in the Sweepstakes, or any human error that may occur during the processing of the Sweepstakes entries.
9. Miscellaneous
The winner will be responsible for any taxes or other charges levied on the prizes. All winnings awarded under this contest are subject to any restrictions that may apply under the laws of the country in which the winner resides to the award of such prizes.
The conduct of the competition and the interpretation and enforcement of these conditions of participation shall be governed exclusively by the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany to the exclusion of the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods.
